Back in 2001, Human Kanvas was just an idea, but Brandi Lee had the vision to bring it to life.
Over the past 20 years, Brandi has experienced and designed artwork through many different trends and is always striving to stay updated on the most current styles of tattooing. Mostly working on large projects, Brandi enjoys the challenge of creating flow on sleeves and back-pieces. Her artwork has all always been inspired by the colourful and bold Neo-Japanese style, with heavy black backgrounds and lots of contrast in colours and values.
Over the last few years this Airdrie Mom of 4 has shifted her career focus from hands on Tattooing & Piercing to more of a business management role. Striving to create a safe place for artists, piercers and clients to collect tattoos and piercings. But it's not just all about tattoos, the company also has a passion for body piercing. Staying up to date on current techniques and trends in piercing and complying with the Association of Professional piercers guidelines has always been a top priority! Human Kanvas currently has 2 locations with the main studio located in Airdrie and the 2nd location in Sunridge Spectrum Plaza.
