During Transgender Awareness Week Nov. 13 to 20, Airdrie Pride Society hopes to raise awareness about the experience of trans people in the community.

The Airdrie Food Bank (AFB) is in need of donations and is asking the community to help in any way possible.

A free program that helps Airdrie’s youth develop their leadership skills kicked off Nov. 12 and will run until February 2021.

An Airdrie artist’s caffeinated artwork will be displayed at the Airdrie Public Library (APL) this month. Melissa Bruglemans-LaBelle’s collection 52 Cups of Coffee 2 Go were painted using coffee to render animals in shades of brown.
