Brenna started her career as a Realtor in 2011. “I was immediately drawn to real estate and knew that one day I would pursue my licence,” she says. “I loved the entire buying and selling processes.”
She finished her job as an assistant in 2018 and was licensed in 2019. Her previous experience in the field prior to licensing gives her an advantage. Brenna explains, “I can attribute the years of prior experience to my success so far. It was a huge advantage to hit the ground running with the knowledge and involvement I had.”
In addition to knowledge she provides outstanding customer service. Brenna notes, “I have great people skills and I am very friendly, personable, and relatable. I give 110 per cent to my clients. My response time is pretty quick too! I am always taking courses to learn and grow and keep up with the market. I have a good online presence, as online marketing is very important for real estate.”
For Brenna, real estate isn’t just a career. It’s a passion and a way to give back to the community.
“I love seeing the excitement of my clients when they first walk into their new homes, or sell their current home to pursue the next step in their lives whether it's upgrading, or downsizing, or moving to a new city. Most of my clients have all become friends, which is an added bonus! I donate a portion of my commissions from each transaction I complete to AARCS - Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society.”
She plans on staying engaged in the market and its’ emerging trends by investing time in the business community, which she calls “supportive and helpful,” and through her association with CIR Realty.
