RCMP investigate Bragg Creek B&E

Cochrane RCMP is seeking assistance identifying suspects involved in a Bragg Creek break and enter.

Police said members responded to a complaint of a break in around 1 a.m. on March 22.

"At least two suspects broke into the store in an effort to gain access to the ATM inside," RCMP said in a release. "One of the suspects appears to be be brandishing a firearm. The suspects were ultimately not successful and fled the scene before police arrived."

The first suspect is described as wearing black pants, a camouflaged jacket, orange gloves and a balaclava covering his face. He was carrying a sledgehammer.

The second suspect also wore a black balaclava, as well as blue high-visibility coveralls, a dark hood and light-coloured gloves. He was holding a firearm.

The suspect vehicle, according to the release, appeared to be a grey or silver Chevrolet extended cab truck.
