Continued rainfall forecast for Rocky View County

Skies are clearing in Rocky View County Friday night, according to AccuWeather, with temperatures beginning to climb back up for the first day of summer.

In Dalroy, showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue throughout the day, with a 71 per cent chance of precipitation and a high of 15 C. Overnight, the cloud cover is predicted to dissipate as the temperature dips to a low of 10 C.

Crossfield residents will also see potential thunderstorm activity and cloudy skies, with the temperature reaching 14 C. Another thunderstorm is expected in the evening before the skies begin to clear, dropping the thermostat to 9 C overnight.

A breezy and cool day is expected in Bearspaw, where the high is forecast to top out at 12 C. Overnight, however, the chance of rain drops to just 25 per cent, with a low of 6 C.

The anticipated high in Indus is a forecast 15 C, with the potential for rainfall hovering at 72 per cent throughout the day. In the evening, skies are expected to clear, with showers and possible thunderstorms continuing. The temperature may drop as low as 9 C.

It looks like sunny skies are making a comeback into the weekend, however.
