Beiseker RCMP along with the RCMP Major Crimes Unit is investigating after the body of an adult male was found in a rural area east of Irricana Feb. 22.
Police arrived on the scene at approximately 9 p.m., according to a press release, and confirmed the body was a deceased adult male.
The investigation is in its preliminary stages and an autopsy will be conducted at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Calgary this week.
