It’s almost that time of the year again.
Small Business Week runs from Oct. 14 to 20 and it is a perfect opportunity to thank all of Airdrie’s wonderful businesses for everything they do year round.
The Airdrie City View encouraged residents to vote for the businesses that go above and beyond for them during the Best of Airdrie 2012 Reader’s Choice Awards.
Included in this paper you will find stories and photos on a plethora of business people that bring you everything from the Best Place For A Pint to the Best Alternative Practitioner.
The generosity of Airdrie’s business community is also highlighted with the Best Corporate Sponsor Award and Best Local Cause.
But that’s not all.
The Airdrie Business Resource Partnership will once again recognize local business leaders at the Winning Edge Awards on Oct. 20. (See story on page 2).
Local companies will be recognized for being ecologically minded, family friendly, innovative, customer-service oriented and for giving back to the community.
