UPDATE: Airdrie RCMP has reported Farron McCauley has been located safe.
Airdrie Rural RCMP is asking for the public's assistance to locate a missing Irricana man.
According to an Aug. 26 press release, 27-year-old Farron McCauley was last seen by his family around 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 25.
"He mentioned that he was heading to the Edmonton area to visit a friend but he has not been heard from since," the release stated. "Police wish to verify his well-being."
McCauley is described as five-foot-ten and 215 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing brown pants and a plaid shirt.
