Brazen theft at Ron Ebbesen Arena

Unknown suspects cut the soft top of a Silver Jeep Wrangler and stole a compound bow and supplies valued at $1,500, Dec. 12. The Jeep was parked in the Ron Ebbesen Arena parking lot and sustained damage estimated at $2,200.

The Jeep was parked in the Ron Ebbesen Arena parking lot and sustained damage estimated at $2,200.

A white Trans Am, a red MR2 Toyota, and a black two-door older model car occupied by young men were seen in the parking lot.

The RCMP is seeking information on these vehicles, the occupants and any other potential witnesses that may provide information.

Vehicle break in

Sometime between Dec. 23 and Dec. 24, a vehicle was broken into while it was parked in the Super 8 Hotel parking lot.

The unknown suspects stole vehicle documents, a global positioning system, sunglasses, an Apple iPod and several tools.

The approximate value of stolen items is $6,000.

The RCMP is seeking information on this incident that may lead to the suspect responsible for this crime.
