Airdrie RCMP seek suspect in department store theft

According to RCMP, he departed the store north-bound on foot.

Airdrie RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a shoplifting suspect.

On Jan. 23, 2023 at 4:16 p.m., Airdrie RCMP officers were called to a department store in the Sierra Springs shopping district, where a male suspect had filled luggage from the store with products before leaving the store without paying. According to RCMP, he departed the store north-bound on foot.

The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion and moustache. He was wearing light-coloured jeans, a blue toque, a grey hoodie, a black jacket, and had a black backpack.
