Some great volunteers from Volunteer Airdrie made many local little girls' and boys' dreams come true by hosting the 4th annual Pirate and Princess Gala on Sunday.
The event took place at the Town and Country Centre and featured musical performances, dance and many well-known Disney prince and princesses in attendance to pose with the little girls and boys who came out with joy on their faces.
There was also facepainting and food served.
Judging by the big smiles and happiness all around, the event was a huge success.
This was a family-friendly event at the Town and Country Centre Community Hall, raising funds for The Sober Friends Society and Volunteer Airdrie Society.
