Open house for CreekWest Custom Homes new show home in Beiseker on Saturday

“It was very rewarding to have the first showhome completed as that was one of the biggest challenges we have faced to date,” Pinckney said.

'The Junction' show home now open in Beiseker.

A new residential community is being built in the Village of Beiseker that will provide a bedrock for the community to become a busting bedroom community full of affordable housing, according to the team behind the development.

The Junction, Beiseker’s newest residential community that began construction during the summer of 2023, will be celebrating the opening of CreekWest Custom Homes new show home. The event is also an opportunity to meet and potentially build connections with community partners to help progress the development of the new residential community.

“We’re excited about the opportunity to help bring awareness to the Village of Beiseker and structure it to be a bedroom community of Calgary, with a focus on presenting affordable homes,” said Ben Pinckney, a member of the real estate team that’s responsible for The Junctions launch.

Pinckney espouses that The Junction will present an opportunity for economic growth in Beiseker. He added that the developer and builder of the new community, JR Group Ventures and CreekWest Custom Homes, understand that today’s home buyers don’t want their own residential lot and to have to bring in their own builder–they instead want the process simplified.

This is what generated the decision to build the show home, according to Pinckney. The goal of the team involved in the development of The Junction is to sell the entire development, but the entire process itself has been rewarding, said Pinckney.

“It was very rewarding to have the first showhome completed as that was one of the biggest challenges we have faced to date,” Pinckney said.

CreekWest Custom Homes and JR Group Ventures, along with The Calgaryism Real Estate Team, plan to celebrate the opening of the show home at 34 Clover Crescent in Beiseker on January 13 at noon. Anyone interested in more information has been advised to browse The Junction Beiseker website. The development group will also be having another event sometime in the spring, where local residents can learn what else is happening with the development.
