Finally the Fun Country Riders were able to host their first show and gymkhana of the 2011 season, June 5 at the Strathmore Rodeo Grounds.
At first it looked like the weather would ruin another one but by mid morning the sun had appeared and conditions were excellent.
The number of riders was reduced from the usual, possibly because of the concern about the EHV-1 horse disease. Our thanks go to Sara Jones for judging the classes.
