Teens shouldn't have to deal with theft

Dear editor, My daughter had her iPod stolen during gym class at George McDougall High School, Jan. 13. It’s a real shame we live in such a society where we can no longer trust one another, even at 14 years old.

Dear editor,

My daughter had her iPod stolen during gym class at George McDougall High School, Jan. 13.

It’s a real shame we live in such a society where we can no longer trust one another, even at 14 years old.

If the person who took her iPod is reading this, I’m pleading with you to do the right thing and return it.

She worked very hard for months to save up for it and you were very wrong to take it.

If any parents see their child with a new iPod, please call the school immediately.

Thank you

Heather Walinga,

Airdrie
