RE: "New Horizon vacancies not a surprise," article, Oct. 9. Dear Editor, If I was the developer of the New Horizon Mall, I would be happy and optimistic, too. The previous Rocky View County council voted to subsidize both the water and wastewater infrastructure to the tune of approximately $4 million. So, the real truth is he should be writing an article of thanks to us, the taxpayers, because we are carrying him. Yep, he should be happy. Gloria Wilkinson Division 3
