The Balzac Business Community Association's 17th annual Groundhog Day Breakfast was held at Blue Grass Ltd. Nursery, Sod and Garden Center Feb. 2. At sunrise, Balzac Billy emerged from his burrow and did not see his shadow, predicting an early Spring for 2020.
