Airdrie's residential sales YTD (year to date) are at 1,510 units, just shy of the high of 1,695 set in 2014. The Airdrie market has improved, according to the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) because “strong sales and low inventories kept the months of supply to just above one month. That means an increase of 10.7 per cent from last year. 2021 YTD monthly inventory is 1.5 months (just into seller’s market – defined as under two months of inventory), compared to 3.51 months for 2020 (signifying a balanced market, with two to four months inventory). The YTD days-on-the-market (DOM) stats are sitting at 33 days, down from 61 days last year.
