Allison Chorney

Allison Chorney has been writing for Airdrie City View and Rocky View Weekly since 2013. She took over as editor for the papers in 2015 and holds a BA of communications with a major in journalism and a minor in anthropology from Mount Royal University. A mother to a young daughter, the Alberta Weekly Newspaper Award winner can often be seen at family events in the Airdrie and Rocky View County areas.
