All Fitts Auto has provided the community with local, independent service for more than 15 years by providing a full range of automotive repair that include brakes, lift kits, tires and rims, tune ups, windshield chip repairs, general repairs, accessories, and more. If its automotive related, All Fitts can do it. A sign that hangs on the shop wall reads; “If we can’t fix it, It’s ain’t broke”.
“I wanted to have a shop where the integrity of the technician meant something,” says Brett Fitt, Owner. “I wanted to set up here in the town we called home, and earn a reputation for being Airdrie’s most trusted auto mechanic shop.”
He continues, “Being a smaller, independently owned repair centre allows us to focus on the customer over volume. Our customers speak with our certified technicians that does the work on the vehicle. This allows communication to be firsthand with no chance of things getting lost in translation.”
He continues, “We keep our technicians current, and trained on the ever-changing automotive industry. We are no longer carburetors, hand-cranked windows, vent windows, and radio antennas. We are now computerized diagnostics and computer codes. Staying current with manufacturer advancements is necessary to remain competitive in the automotive repair industry.”
All Fitts stands out in the competitive industry by being present for the community in and out of the shop. “We have a company tent we lend out for community events, we donate too many auctions and non-profit groups and organizations, we sponsor events, we’ve co-hosted a few fundraisers, and we keep our social media personal and fun,” says Brett.
“As a company we take pride in helping our community because that is how we can make a difference in so many walks of lives. Our company culture is based on supporting the community that supports us. We are a proud member of the 100 Men That Give a Damn in Airdrie; this organization gives four deserving organizations a windfall quarterly. We support the Airdrie Car Club (Time Travellers) and their annual “Doing it on the Grass” car show. We have in partnership a toy drive each year for the children’s hospital, and we proudly sponsor and support the Airdrie Oilmens Association with their events that also help our community groups. “
All Fitts Auto has been recognized as a Mechanic of the Year in Alberta, and locally recognized as an Airdrie Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year. The company also has, for a decade, been the proud recipient of the Readers’ Choice Award for Best Automotive Repair Centre.
For the future, Brett says, “We are looking forward to having our new apprentice join our team. We will continue to be one of Airdrie’s most reputable automotive repair centres, and we will stay on top of the industry as it continues to advance so we can service our clients and their families.” He adds, “You might see the “Fitt Crew” on the race car circuit periodically as new hobbies surface!”
