Close to 150 people showed up in person at Rocky View County (RVC) councils special meeting on Wednesday to hear the fate of a proposed plan for a shopping-residential development in the Bearspaw area.

What makes this event unique is that the museum hopes not only artists will get involved but anyone from the community is encouraged to join.

When it came to the agenda item that focused on human health and aggregate, the committee struggled to reach any sort of common ground at all. 

The program director is the person responsible for working directly with the youth, and will be supervising two or three adult team leaders, helping them plan community service projects.

“We get more than 70 trips in a day,” said Siller. “The shoestrings are getting stretched at the moment.” 

Two students went on to create their own businesses; one is running a car washing business in the summer while another created a 3D printing business.

The library has a cool program called Book a Librarian where you can book time with an APL staff member to help you with any information request.
