Temperatures are on the rise throughout Rocky View County (RVC), after a few days of cold weather.
On the east side of the county, Langdon will experience sunny skies and a high of 8 C, with a night time low of -4 C, according to AccuWeather. Wind is slated to reach nine kilometres per hour (km/h), with gusts up to 17 km/h.
Irricana, meanwhile, will experience similar sunny conditions, as the town gets set for a Friday high of 9 C and a low of -5 C.
Closer to the mountains, Springbank will experience the coldest Friday night in RVC, according to AccuWeather, with a low of -6 C. The thermostat is expected to reach a high of 6 C in Springbank, on Friday.
