Sun and showers predicted for Rocky View County on Friday

Friday brings plenty of sun across Rocky View County, according to AccuWeather, with the possibility of showers.

Mostly sunny skies are in the forecast for Chestermere, with a passing shower possible as the temperature climbs to a high of 11 C. Some cloud cover will move in overnight, and the low could reach 2 C (or -3 C with the wind chill).

In Crossfield, sunshine is expected with a high of 11 C and a 55 per cent chance of precipitation. The evening will become partly cloudy as the thermostat drops to a low of 2 C (-2 C with the wind chill).

A high of 12 C is predicted for Beiseker, which will see a possible shower before increasing cloud gathers into the evening. Overnight, the temperature could fall to 1 C (or -1 C with the wind chill).

The Springbank area will see plenty of sun and potential showers, along with a high reaching 10 C. Partly cloudy skies are likely in the evening, with an overnight low of 0 C (-4 C with the wind chill).
