Snow continues in Rocky View County on Tuesday

Rocky View County residents can expect to see more snow on Tuesday, according to AccuWeather.

Periods of snowfall will continue in the Crossfield area throughout the day, with a total accumulation of up to 12 centimetres expected. The daytime high is a forecast -4 C (or -10 C with the wind chill), dropping to -10 C (with a wind chill of -11 C overnight). While skies will clear overnight, the cold weather will last through to Wednesday.

Beiseker will also see snow at times for an additional accumulation of three to six centimetres as the temperature reaches a high of -1 C (or -8 C with the wind chill). Overnight, the cloud cover will dissipate as the thermostat falls to a low of -9 C (-12 C with the wind chill).

More snow is on the way for Indus, accumulating another five to 10 centimetres until skies begin to clear in the evening. During the day, the high is predicted to reach -2 C (or -10 C, with a wind chill), and will cool to a low of -8 C (or -12 C with the wind chill). 

It will be a breezy day in Redwood Meadows, with a high of -3 C (-13 C with the wind chill) and more snow on the way – accumulating between five to 10 centimetres more. While skies will clear into the evening, the thermostat will drop to an overnight low of -13 C (-15 C with the wind chill).
