According to planner Xin Deng, the lots are slightly less than two acres, and the development will also include a single public utility lot and an internal subdivision road.

Council voted unanimously to move forward with the creation of a Municipal Planning Commission (MPC).
Administration will now prepare a bylaw providing an MPC – to be comprised of council – the authority to make decisions on subdivision and development permit applications in the County.
