Rocky View County to see plenty of cloud cover on Friday

Rocky View County will likely not see much sunshine on Friday, according to AccuWeather.

The skies above Redwood Meadows will become cloudier as the temperature reaches a daytime high of 6 C. The cloud cover will stick around into the evening, and the thermostat will drop to a low of -2 C (or -8 C, with the wind chill).

Chestermere will also see a high of 6 C, with cloudy skies and winds gusting up to 20 kilometres per hour. The overnight low will reach -1 C (or -6 C, with the wind chill), and the wind will persist through the evening.

Despite plenty of cloud cover in Irricana, the thermostat will reach a high of 7 C before dropping to a low of 0 C overnight, or -3 C with the wind chill.

Cloudy skies are forecast for the Madden area as well, along with a high of 5 C. The evening will see the cloud cover continue as the temperature dips to a low of -1 C (or -4 C, with the wind chill).
