Tuesday is expected to bring afternoon showers to much of Rocky View County, according to AccuWeather.

It will be a mostly cloudy start to the day in Cochrane. Winds are expected to gust up to 37km/h in the afternoon, and a 60 per cent chance of precipitation is likely to bring scattered showers. The forecast high is 10 C, but wind chill will make it will feel like 5 C.

Cloudy with a chance of snow, sleet or freezing rain in the late evening, though little snow accumulation is anticipated. The overnight low is expected to reach -2 C.

A 60 per cent chance of afternoon showers is in store for residents in Bottrel on Tuesday. A forecast high of 10 C will feel more like 7 C, thanks to a westerly wind gusting to around 30 km/h.

Overcast with a late flurry in the evening, and an excepted low of 0 C.

Beiseker will also likely see showers in the afternoon today, as the village has a 55 per cent chance of precipitation. The forecast high is 12 C, but a westerly wind gusting to about 20 km/h is anticipated to make it feel like 10 C.

The afternoon showers continue in Dalemead, which has a 65 per cent chance of precipitation on Tuesday and a 20 per cent chance of thunderstorms. A forecast high of 11 C will cool to 1 C in the evening, with late day winds gusting to 30 km/h.
