Last week, I was covering a senior’s event at the Town and Country Centre here in Airdrie. The event featured cake, door prizes and music – some I recognized, lots I didn’t.

Dear Tammy, My husband and I don’t connect like we used to. We have been together for over 15 years, two small kids and it feels like we are in a rut. We don’t do anything together and put all of our energies into work and our kids.
