Gordon Douglas Fischer was born Sept. 21, 1927 in Hanna, AB. He is lovingly remembered by his daughter and son-in-law, Penny and Bob Heptonstall; grandchildren, Shelley (Jeremy) Dupont, Stephen Heptonstall, and Crystal (Ned) Sljivic; great-grandchidren, Brooklyn and Aly Dupont, Kamryn and Leigha Heptonstall and Mila and Lucas Sljivic; sisters, Shirley Durand and Doreen Waskewich. He was predeceased by his wife, Louise; sons, Randy and George Fischer; mother, Frieda Fischer; sister, Melvina Buhler; and brothers, Ben and Ray Johnson.
