— Winnipeg: 0.0 per cent (0.4)

— Regina: 0.5 per cent (0.7)

— Saskatoon: 0.6 per cent (0.5)

— Edmonton: 0.6 per cent (1.0)

— Calgary: 0.6 per cent (0.8)

— Vancouver: -0.2 per cent (-0.3)

— Victoria: 0.1 per cent (0.3)

— Whitehorse: -0.9 per cent (-0.7)

— Yellowknife: -1.3 per cent (-0.1)

— Iqaluit: -2.3 per cent (-1.1)
