The all-day event saw badminton players from grades 9 to 12 duke it out at Bert Church High School, George McDougall High School and W.H. Croxford High School.

The senior-high-school badminton season continued April 13 in Strathmore, when athletes vied for wins at the South Central Zones tournament. The season will conclude with the provincial championships, to be held May 3 to 4 in Calgary.
