Police seek suspects in 7-Eleven theft

Airdrie RCMP is asking for the public's help as they investigate a "grab and run" theft that took place at a local 7-Eleven.

Airdrie RCMP is asking for the public's help as they investigate a "grab and run" theft that took place at a local 7-Eleven.

According to a press release from the detachment, three males entered the convenience store located at the corner of Luxstone Boulevard and Yankee Valley Boulevard around 2:30 a.m. Sept. 20.

"Two of these males proceeded to pack backpacks with VUSE vape products worth approximately $600, while the third kept watch at the doorway," the release stated.

The suspects then left the store together and headed south on foot.

The first suspect is described as wearing a black and white face covering, black and white sneakers, a black hat, black jacket, light coloured gloves and dark coloured pants. He was carrying a black backpack with a white mark on the front.

The second suspect was wearing clear glasses, a purple face covering, a black hat, a black down-filled jacket, light gloves, light pants and black sneakers. He had a grey backpack.

The third suspect wore dark sunglasses, a black face covering, a black hat with a white mark on the front, a black zip-up hoodie, light gloves and light grey sweat pants with long side zippers. He was also carrying a grey backpack.
