UPDATE: Airdrie RCMP has issued an update that Friestad has been found safe. The detachment thanks the public for their assistance.

Airdrie RCMP is seeking public assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old old male.
Dylan Friestad of Airdrie was last seen at approximately 6 p.m. on May 17 at his home in Morningside, according to a press release from the detachment. He is described as 5'8" with a slim build, with brown eyes and curly brown hair just past his ears. He was last seen wearing black jean shorts and a blue or grey tank top.
