ST. ALBERT — Alberta Health Services has debuted an advance statistics tracker for COVID-19.

This week, AHS released more detailed information on the Albertans who have come down with COVID-19. The tracker breaks down the numbers by age and location.

There are currently 119 people province-wide who are confirmed to have COVID-19.

Right now, people from the ages of 34 to 54 years old make up the highest number of cases but Alberta’s chief medical officer Dr. Deena Hinshaw said that is due to so many cases being related to travel at this time.

Seventy per cent of people who have tested positive for COVID-19 live in the Calgary zone.

The advanced statistics can be found here.
