Airdrie RCMP are seeking a male suspect who allegedly stole a trailer and two All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) in Kings Heights earlier this month.
Police reported that on Jan. 7 at about 6:30 a.m., a man walked up to a Kings Heights residence and cut off the trailer lock of a trailer holding two ATVs. A blue truck driven by a second unknown suspect then backed up to the trailer. The male suspect attached the truck to the trailer and entered the passenger side of the truck. The truck then left towing the trailer and two ATV’s.
Airdrie RCMP have released a photo of the alleged thief, who is described as having a light complexion and is seen sporting a black hoodie and blue jeans.
Police are also seeking to recover a 2005 light grey Worthington ATV trailer with an Alberta license plate of 5FX168; a 2001 red Polaris Sportsman ATV with an Alberta license plate of GEF18; and a 2011 white Linhali 400 Sport ATV with an Alberta license plate of GHN85.
The alleged accomplice to the crime was not captured in the images released to the media, but RCMP stated the accomplice was seen driving a two-tone blue pick-up truck with items in the box.
