Airdrie RCMP investigate truck theft

Police in Airdrie are seeking the public's assistance to identify a male suspect believed to have stolen a truck.

According to a Dec. 3 Airdrie RCMP press release, the truck was stolen Nov. 30. At 4:40 p.m., the truck's owner parked in front of a buisness located on Cooper's Drive.

"While inside the business, he saw a male suspect jump into his unlocked truck and drive away," the release stated. "The truck was located the next day in Calgary."

The suspect is described as a blonde man, possibly in his 20s, of average height with a slim build. At the time of the theft, he was wearing blue coveralls.
