When you are free to move you feel better and enjoy life more. But what about those times when movement becomes more of a challenge? At PhysioWorks we want you to have a wonderful experience as you aim to achieve your rehabilitation goals. We offer a friendly and personalized approach to your treatment.  Our therapists are motivated to offer you the best care they can. We listen to your concerns and will work together with you to get you back to doing what is important in your life.

Physiotherapists are primary health care professionals with a significant role in health promotion, and treatment of injury and disease. We live longer and busier lives than ever before, and our bodies sometimes need a little help to stay in good working order. Your Physiotherapist can recommend the best way to treat problems which may be stopping you from enjoying an active life. Physiotherapists can also advise you on ways to PREVENT potential health problems from occurring before they arise.

We offer direct billing to many employee health benefit plans. Whether you are a weekend warrior with a sports injury, injured in a motor vehicle accident (MVA) or hurt at work (WCB), we can help. We are WCB approved and can bill motor vehicle insurance (MVA) companies. We do not currently have a contract with Alberta Health Services (AHS) to offer Physiotherapy care, but are currently in the process of seeking this contract.

Conditions treated include low back pain (LBP), Spondylitis, Spondylosis, Spondylolisthesis, neck pain, whiplash (WAD), fractures, postoperative, rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, knee injuries including ACL, MCL, LCL and meniscus injuries,, post total hip and total knee replacement surgery (THR/TKR), ankle sprains, repetitive strain injuries, running injuries, plantar fasciitis, degenerative disc disease (DDD), bursitis, arthritis, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, Temporo-Mandibular Dysfunction (TMJ/TMD),  migraines and other headaches, concussion, vertigo and dizziness.

Our therapists work together to ensure your needs are med; if you would benefit from an aspect of care that another therapist offers, you may be advised to see one of our other therapists. Our administrative staff are always happy to help ensure your experience is as simple as possible by assisting with direct billing and guiding you in the administrative process involved in dealing with third party payers.
