How you can help
From donating food or funds or the harvest from your garden or leaving a legacy gift, there are many ways you can support the Airdrie Food Bank.
Become a sustaining donor (recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual gifts) or make a one-time gift to the food bank. For every dollar donated it allows us to distribute $5 worth of food.
We accept donations of perishable and non-perishable food items.
Host an event
Host your own event in support of the food bank. Food and funds can be raised in many ways – host a food drive, ask for donations at an established event or party, the possibilities are endless.
Be a partner in ending hunger in our community. We are committed to forming meaningful partnerships with our business community and are happy to work with you to find the best fit between our mission and your business objectives.
Gift of time + Talents
The Airdrie Food Bank is powered by volunteers just like you. We offer volunteer opportunities that make a significant difference to the lives of people in need in Airdrie and area.
We are currently purchasing many of our most needed items. Monetary donations allow us to purchase essential food items to ensure that every food hamper has enough good nutritious food for the entire family.
