Following the provincial government’s implementation of the Restriction Exemption Program (REP) earlier this fall, Crossfield Town council has voted to enact the program for the municipality’s community centre until further changes are made.

In the midst of additional provincial restrictions and the addition of the Restrictions Exemption Program (REP), Airdrie is reporting 307 active cases.

The City of Airdrie is reporting 245 active cases of COVID-19, as new province-wide restrictions to curb the rising number of cases in the province are set to take effect in the coming days. 

Airdrie was reporting 190 active COVID-19 cases as of Aug. 31 – an increase from 135 cases on Aug. 24.

As of Aug. 24, the City of Airdrie is sitting at 135 active cases of COVID-19, while surrounding Rocky View County sits at 62 active cases. 

Active cases of COVID-19 are steadily rising in Airdrie, with the city standing at 64 cases as of Aug. 9. This is up significantly from Aug. 5 which saw 44 active cases and July 28, when there were only 21. 

Airdrie is reporting 44 active cases of COVID-19 as of Aug. 5, up 23 since July 28. Additionally in Airdrie, a total of 3,887 cases have been reported since the start of the pandemic last March.

As the end of July nears, active COVID-19 cases in both the city of Airdrie and the province of Alberta have continue on a upward trend.

Active cases of COVID-19 in Airdrie have begun to rise once again, with 21 active cases in the city as of July 28, according to airdrie.ca.

The City of Airdrie is slowly seeing an increase in COVID-19 cases, despite provincial vaccine roll-out surpassing five million doses in recent days.
