After years of COVID-19 preventing them to go on tour, the band students from George McDougall High School hit the road north to showcase their talents and spread the love of music. 

The City-run amenity will be open until late August, weather-permitting. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Six students from four schools within the Rocky View Schools (RVS) division achieved academic excellence while writing their diploma exams this January, earning 100 per cent on the tests in certain subjects.

At the end of each month, staff from the Airdrie Public Library send the Airdrie City View a small collection of some of the titles available at the library, along with some short synopses. The titles include both adult fiction and non-fiction selections.
