Roy Batalon will soon be calling Skyview Ranch home-sweet-home. After friends shared their great experience of purchasing a home from Partners Development Group, he went to see what the builder had to offer at its Central by partners development.
Batalon, 50, is a Grade 9 teacher at a public school in Calgary and said the home he’s selected in Central by partners has an appealing aura and ambience that is perfect for him. Originally from the Philippines, Batalon said lower mortgage rates made purchasing his first home a priority. He added the extensive standards and overall experience with Partners made the decision all the easier.
Q: What made you decide to move to Skyview Ranch?
A: I find the place quiet and peaceful.
Q: What put Partners Development Group above other builders?
A: I find the design of the house simple but elegant, and it’s environmentally friendly. The price was good and my friends who were also customers of Partners are very satisfied, so I went for it.
Q: What makes your home unique?
A: Maybe I will add some décor that makes the space cozy, but so far, I find the ambiance comforting and I feel at home.
Q: How have you personalized your home inside and out?
A: My taste of colour and environment is simple, [I’m content] as long as I feel that the lights and hues are soothing and calming.
Q: What elements of the home will you upgrade/finish in the future?
A: I cannot think of it for now because I’m still very satisfied with the original aura and set-up.
Q: How would you describe the process of homebuying with Partners Development Group?
A: It’s just simple and easy. The customer service skills of Kim from Partners are really amazing. I was able to decide to purchase a few moments after Kim showed me the house.
